I was very hopeful for this because I’ve heard so many good things, but I’m struggling to get through it. Way too much exposition! And now that it’s picking up, I don’t know what’s going on because the background just couldn’t hold my attention

This is good so far but I can only stay awake for about 2.5 pages so it may take me a year to finish it

Spite reading at this point. This reads like a 10th grader tried to write a novel on wattpad. There has been absolutely no character development so I could not care less about either of these characters, but the husband is such a condescending wet blanket.

DNF’ed this time last year at 50%. Giving it another shot!
