It has been awhile since I have read Koontz but glad I took this collection of stories from my shelf. I remember why I always enjoy his writing; his characters are so well-developed. They are fully good, fully evil, fully real! What a talent for describing living, breathing, complete characters. You immediately want to know what is going to happen to them. You care about them and their life stories ain't bad either.
