Rereading so I can continue on with the series.

Not me saying "I'll just read the first chapter before bed" and ending up reading almost the ENTIRE book in one sitting instead of sleeping 😭 This is exactly why I avoid reading before bed, I CANNOT be trusted to stop if it gets good, consequences be damned. And this book came swinging from page 1 and never stopped doing so. I only paused because I don't like reading endings while exhausted, but DAMN.

So far so good. I see the vision, hopefully it will be well executed.

How am I at only 35% when it feels like 60%? Not in a bad way, but I feel like I've already emotionally spent ages with this characters, that’s crazy. But hey, I'm invested so love that for me, not bad for the first read of the new year

Am I squeezing in that last short read to complete my goodreads challenge? Yes, and what about it? It worked. *smiles smug with the success of completing a goal*
