Not so sure about this book. Already not liking Rylee very much. Turning on Colton is not very nice. Actually went to look at the reviews and I see the one and two star reviews feel the same way as I do. I say she should man up say that this has happened but we’re happily married now so there. Don’t hide your head in shame it just makes it worse. This way there is no story for the media.

And so it was Kyle. What a surprise!! But what has taken this book to completely ridiculous is that the hospital would allow Austin to take a pitbull into ICU. People in ICU are barely clinging to life and cleanliness and a germ free environment is paramount. Pls do your research, author.

I find it amazing that the characters are forced to be so stupid. Carter gets asked if she has any jilted or overly zealous exes who might be stalking her. So there’s Kyle who’s been acting aggressive and quite creepy, but she doesn’t tell the cop that. And what about Lexi? Noo officer, she says with wide eyes. I don’t have enemies. ( sarcastic)

Oh yes, this book is a serious tearjerker, but I love it.

I’m noticing a trend here. I’ve read probably ten or twelve books of this author. Mostly very enjoyable. But everyone’s jaw is always working back and forth. Back molars are always grinding together. People get shocking news just as they take a sip and then dramatically choke. Also they never enjoy the food they eat because they always get upsetting news right before. Pls more variety in the reactions.

Interesting and also quite tense.

I’m enjoying this book. I have just one beef. The female protagonist was severely cut and possibly burnt a bit on her arm torso and chest. So we have references to her severe scars by constantly referring to twisted raised flesh and also nerve pain in her shoulder from a stabbing. Has she heard about plastic surgery to minimize scars? Or neurosurgery to fix her shoulder pain. This is obvious stuff.

Wow, this book was a tearjerker of note. But I loved every minute of it.

Yeah, that’s how you talk to the woman you love and respect. I’m sure this book was written by a man.

And Ares has verbal diarrhea every time they have sex. It sounds as if he’s narrating a porn movie for an audience. Who are you talking to, Dude? And why do you keep calling your wife a good little slut, a rather demeaning term for someone you’re supposed to respect. And I don’t know why I hear him talk with a funny accent when he gets going. But it’s freakin’ hilarious. 😂😂

Too much drama. And Raven is insecure and nothing reassures her for long. And Ares is weak and inconsistent. All the plots are contrived and revolves around misunderstandings. It’s exhausting. And Hannah is clearly psycho.

Really enjoying this series of books.

Dear Author, if someone has blown pupils, they are dead, or they have severe brain damage, and then the pupils will be unequal , and one will be blown. Someone with blown pupils cannot speak, and will not be conscious. Facts matter.

This Maggie is really beginning to irritate me. Always dumbstruck or mute or in a daze. Someone doing the kind of job she does would always be confident and outgoing and charismatic. So yeah, totally irritating.

Loving this story about Seth. Just wish Elle would get a clue.

Just one question. Why would the head of the Mafia be involved in a simple debt recovery? They would normally send their goons to go that. Very odd.
