I watched all his videos and thought I wouldn't need to read the book. I'm glad I purchased it though. Glad to be reading it. Reading it slowly. Only a chapter a day. Why? Because the information he provides need to spin around in my brain and many times changes productivity plans. I'm implementing his recommendations; however, I've had to adapt to using MindManager (mind maps) and OneNote .

Great book, Michelle. Uploaded the Kindle version but after reading decided there too much rich information and I want the printed copy. It's coming in a few days and I plan on giving it several different colored highlighters when it arrives. Thank you for writing it. I plan on reviewing all the plans you provided, sorting through what matches with what I want to accomplish, make a list, and follow every one.

I returned the eBook for a refund. I tried reading it and none of it made any sense to me. His stories somewhat related but didn't mesh with my thinking. So I tried over and over again to capture the mindset. Gave up. Which maybe I shouldn't have. This is the second book I've read from this author. The first one was outstanding. Just couldn't get on his wave length.

I absolutely recommend this book. Most books I find only 2-3 chapters I like. This one is every chapter. It is well written, well-thought-out. I didn't follow all the advice given but enough it changed my thinking and my writing results. I purchased the Kindle version but have returned and purchased a print. This is a keeper for my library to revisit. It is being added to my Christmas list for gifts.

I chose the book for the title. However, I felt let down. It may not be the author, it could just be me and where I am right now. I placed it in my bookcase and added a note try it again in six months to a year.

So far I'm enjoying this book. The author uses too many stories for my taste to illustrate her message. Many I skim through. Well-written, and enjoyable. Can tell she has a lot of experience in overcoming, well, dealing with this. Which I needed. So far it makes a lot of sense to me and I have gained a few steps in stopping my own overthinking habit. I look forward to reading more, learning more.

I just started reading this book for a book I’m working on. As soon as I started I couldn’t put it down. It is well written and makes everything commonsensical. I already have the habit of making lists. But this is taking me a bit further than what I’ve been doing in the past.

A friend at the pool gave me this book. Don’t have problem with my hips but there’s a great swimming pool exercise info included. Found this section and look forward to adding some of these to my next pool date.

I'm reading this slow. Taking my time and implementing each learning lesson. Not in a rush to finish this book, learning soooo much. Sometimes I re-read something after practicing in order to make sure I've "really" learned.

Catherine is starting The Intuitive Eating Workbook: Ten Principles for Nourishing a Healthy Relationship with Food
I read about 75% of the book. I found some chapters way too basic for the stage of change I'm in. Regarding the workbook I found the first two chapters for me were not needed. I'm still in the middle of it. It's very thorough and I can see why that's needed; however, for myself I found it to basic since this is my fourth book on this topic.

Found a wire jewelry book I had never seen before at the library a week ago. It's very thin but a great reference booklet if you do a lot of wire jewelry. I've attached a copy of one page of the 16 pages of various types of wire connections. Some are terrible, some are great. Great reference book to have on hand.
After the pages of wire connections, there are illistrations on how to complete them.

Catherine is starting Half-Assed: A Weight-Loss Memoir
I fast skimmed chapters 3-4 to depressing for me. Began at chapter 5.

She's an excellent writer; however, for most of the stories I only read the 1st line or few lines of the paragraph.

Chapter on her blog success and going on TV, I skipped 95%. I also skipped the last 3 chapters and went to last chapter.

I felt she shared a lot of how she was feeling and comparing them to other things in her life.
