Really enjoying this so far. Listen if you enjoy true crime esque stuff. The concept: a minister/lawyer specializes in investigating death row cases who claim innocence in the 70/80s (mostly wrongly convicted black men) to clear their name. It’s very well done so far, but a little dense in the sense that he gives a lot of court room information. But it’s great so far

I’m so disappointed:( the first book was guilty pleasure but this book I am struggling to not DNF the writing is so bad.

They literally sealed off all the exits, but she has a panic attack and finds her way outside and all they have to say about it is “wow not sure how that happened!” This happens OVER AND OVER again and the plot is just losing all credibility for me. So disappointed.
