Its an okay book. I am liking the story but its all a bit weird. Also I absolutely with my whole body and soul HATE Donatella.

stuck, bookclub is sunday. I have 5 days left to read this

Its fun, very asian inspired. And I do have a bit of an issue with some (to me, but hey what do I know as a white lady) stereotypical representation. Besides that the pacing is a bit slow and it doesnt really captures my attention all that much. Am I going to put it on reading-it-but-not-right-now list? Maybe...

This book is good... It took some getting into, but at chapter 3 I was sucked back in and it hits gooood. All my itches for grey characters are getting scratched.

Past and present are mixed, it’s great! Love this book loads.

Oke, het is allemaal niet zo origineel. De karakters zijn wat eh, de romance is eh. De enige redenen dat ik nog lees (oke oke, luister) zijn de katten, het feit dat dit het boek ik was ik koos voor de boekenclub, omdat katten en ehm de katten. De katten worden goed beschreven en ik vind het leuk hoe ze een persoonlijkheid hebben.

Het is heel erg geschreven door Herman xD, ook is Herbert echt een EIKEL

I dont know, I LOVED the first book. But this one doesnt hit me the same.

These people are like 10 mentally. You cannot tell me something else.

Why are the characters written like they are like 10? How are they supposed to be 17? Also I am very confused by loads of things, we switch POV quick. And little uncle and big uncle and auntie and WTF

I am currently not sure if its worth it to continue this book. Its not gripping me, and I am kinda struggling getting trough.

MARY IS REALLY NOT LIKE OTHER GIRL!!! This book drags and drags. It would really benefit from being like half as long/tedious.
