Lisa Douma is 80% done with Of Wings and Briars (The Ithenmyr Chronicles #2)

The amount of “my mate”, “mine” and “bonded mate” gets quite annoying. Also the characters development is so freaking slow

Lisa Douma is starting A Coup of Tea (Tea Princess Chronicles, #1)

Its fun, very asian inspired. And I do have a bit of an issue with some (to me, but hey what do I know as a white lady) stereotypical representation. Besides that the pacing is a bit slow and it doesnt really captures my attention all that much. Am I going to put it on reading-it-but-not-right-now list? Maybe...

This book is good... It took some getting into, but at chapter 3 I was sucked back in and it hits gooood. All my itches for grey characters are getting scratched.

Lisa Douma is 75% done with Agnes Aubert's Mystical Cat Shelter

Why are the characters written like they are like 10? How are they supposed to be 17? Also I am very confused by loads of things, we switch POV quick. And little uncle and big uncle and auntie and WTF
