Ezra C is on page 67 of 512 of Youth in Revolt
I am currently on the part of the book, where Lefty sent a postcard home, derailing his fake suicide run away scheme. I wonder how Jerry could have lived with Nicks mom, and his wife. Is it possible that the whole trucking story was a lie he told both families. Why did he not divorce his wife if he liked living with another family? Finally, was his wife the women in his hotel room?

Ezra C is on page 52 of 362 of The Undoing Project: A Friendship That Changed Our Minds
I am currently on the part where they are talking about his life, and escaping world war 2. I think that the psycologists seeing of the holocaudt, led him to think of what went on in someone's mind.

Ezra C is on page 280 of 352 of Freedom of Speech: Mightier Than the Sword
I am on the part about talking about the conflicts of free species, in politicians, by tax exempt religious institutions. A theme of this book is how, even if freedom of speech, might harm the country and the government sometimes, it is important to not curtail freedom of speech for any reason, including leakers, or anti government leakers. The key to a democracy, is for everyone's to be able to hear anything.

Ezra C is on page 201 of 384 of Gunfight: The Battle over the Right to Bear Arms in America
I am currently on the part when they discuss the wild west and gun control in history. The major conflict is with the hard liners and the people that actually want some gun control, with an individual right to bear arms.

I am currently on the part where the Grandpa is telling stories about him getting beat up by the guest at their house. I connect this book to Unbroken because the dare devil kid who always gets in trouble also ends up doing something amazing.

I am currently on the part about Syrian refugees, and the crisis surrounding it. The author has broad goals, but is also realistic in GDP goals and interest rates for the United States.

Ezra C is on page 290 of 307 of About a Boy
I Am almost finished and it ended as Marcus had to be picked up at the police station. The book title is very good because it shows different forms of boys, at different ages. Marcus and Will are the two narrators of the book and it shows how they are boys at different times in there lives. Even though one is a kid and the other is an adult, they mature because of each other. So the title is good.

Ezra C is finished with The Post-American World
I finished the book on the note that in a changing global power scheme with countries like India on the rise America will not be able to hold onto their position as the only superpower economically and through the millitary, but America can still be powerful in a new modern world.
This book is a great way to understand the global power shift to new countries. The book helps you understand the world.

I am currently on the point of the book where it is talking about the westernization of developing countries is creating patriotic citizens that fuels the rise of nationalism. I have questions about some of the fixes to the problems in the book, or if these problems will have to happen if we want to have a more globalized, connected world.

I am currently on the part where the prosper tarts nstigating the case in Berlin. The important quote is, "Life and death are two sides of the same coins." This shows how brave the people who were shot and killed for opposing the Iranian government were. They knew they were on the kill list, but had to stand up against injustice.

Cory realizes that he was wrong to not put down the dog. A plot point I would change is all the magic. The book is a great realistic fiction and the legends take away from it.

Ezra C is finished with Moneyball
I have finished the book, ending with the success/failure Oakland As because they never won a World Series, but changed baseball forever. The book couldn't take place anywhere else because the great team happened in Oakland, and no other ball club would have hired Billy Beane.

I am currently on the part where the group of peculiars takes on a girl to their group in exchange for magical pigeons to help find Miss Wren. An opinion I have on the book is that there is not enough character development and much too simple characters.

obsessed with un importaet things. Instead of getting to know one another and get to know the world they killed each other and crammed their brain with useless information. They were unaware that the rest of the world was being starved and killed. That scene reflected the them elf the book, that books thpeach us to be tolerant of other things and care about other things other then themselves.

I have just finished the book. It ends with Montag finding refuge with traveling book rebels, hiding from the government. Months no longer knows anyone else, considering that a bomb was just dropped on the city. A very significant part of the book is when Mildred turns in her own husband to the firemen. It is one of the constant themes of the book that families didn't love, care, or know each other. They were too

Ezra C is finished with Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children, #1)
I just finished the book. The book ended with the children rowing away. The best charector in the book was Emma. She is really strange, but intruiging at the same time. She was in love with a boy, but he left the the loop. Now she is in love with his grandson.

I am currently on the part where the home is on lockdown because of the threats of monsters. A conflict there is in this book is Jakes dad fighting with himself. He can't find a place in the world because he is trying to be recognized as his own person, and not a person married to a rich women. This is why he is trying to find himself in birding expeditions. He doesn't think it is good enough compared to his wife.

I am currently on the part where Jake is meeting Miss Peregrine. He is taken prisoner, but is un bound. The the reason that the title is Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children is because that is the orphanage Jakes grandpa was in as a boy.

I am in the part of the book where Jake learned that his Grandfather was the only one to escape Nazi bombings. One trait that Jake has shown is resilience. Even when he thought that his grandfather made up all the stories he kept on searching. Even when he heard that his grandfather was a bad guy he kept on believing that he was good. This is why I think Jake demonstrates resilience,

This book could not have taken place any place. This is because the book takes place in New York when they had big waves of immigration. It was in the 1700s when they had huge tenaments full of people. The book takes place in the Jewish neighborhood which is the biggest influence on the story.

I am on the part of the book where the rabbi dies. The golem feels distraught because her master and her best friend both died in a few months. The authors style is very fast paced. It is very detailed, but never once gets boring. The charector depth is also very nice because of all of the exposed flaws of the characters.
