Jolie will conjure up wild sex fantasies about Gabriel leaping over her apartment balcony to have his way with her, and Gabriel will be like, “You think I’m sooo sexy,” and then Jolie will be like, “No, I do not. I am a professional and these legs are closed for business.” And while Gabriel stares at her in anguish, her internal monologue will be like: I want him to fuck the living daylights out of me.

The bioessentialism in this is so..?

Too soon of an update but at this point I need it to be made clear that I am finishing this book more out of necessity than desire. Like, what on earth goes on. A book made for no purpose other than retcons and cameos. How shameless as an author can you be? 😭

I have my issues with Suzanne Collins but I do think there was a welcome improvement in her writing for this.

I don’t really see the point of introducing Sabrina’s journal POV.. The series is already told in limited third-person from her perspective so this doesn’t add much to the narrative.
