This book is so good that I stopped reading at 70% cuz I didn't want it to finish. Picking this up from 70% after a few months and it's amazing.

Actually I could not finish this book. It just didn't work for me. Maybe I'll finish it later.

Now we read about The Khan.

Joe Abercrombie writes like Stephen King in his prime, but with an immensely insane vocabulary and a penchant for writing characters that jump out of the page at you with their stupendous personalities.

Restarting my read of Hours Heresy after a year. I've missed these stories. Need to pick up pace, on book 26 and total books are 64

I am going to EAT this book.

Holy fuck.
I've never been so impressed by the world building and the quality of writing of any book as this one. I'm going to EAT UP everything else by this writer.

Goodreads being clunky as anything, makes me want to move to some other site, but it has my history of books. Cleaned up the "reading" list today and going forward it's going to be a much cleaner experience.

holy fuck, this is one of the best warhammer books i have started reading. This is quickly going to take the top spot of Helsreach! So fucking good and so fucking well written.

I have always believed that Fletcher is a demented genius. And with this book he has only cemented my belief. It's the kind of writing that is like a knife that slides through your ribs and stabs you right in your heart. It's simple, effective, and brutal as only words can be.

Let's see what the hype is about.

Bayaz is daddy!

Bands of Mourning takes up six months or so after shadows of self. This one is one part detective novel, one part dungeon crawling and it's absolutely fantastic in every way. We get to see Wax and Wayne raise mayhem. We get to meet with the Kandra MeLaan again, Steris and Marasi are as entertaining as ever.

Low violence, high adventure, and the book cements Sanderson as the word wizard that he is. It's a joy!

Sanderson is a magician.

No excessive violence no swearing and no sex. But Sanderson's books are like crack.

I am ashamed, embarrassed, aghast, and bewildered at myself for forgetting to get this book for nearly one month and ten days. How will I ever forgive myself?

Wax and Wayne are so much fun to read!

Back on the Sanderson train. Yay!
