I took a class based on this book a few years ago, and it helped me to finish the book I'd been working on for several years. I felt it was time for a refresher.

Got an email this AM saying GR is creating a DNF shelf on 2/28, and if you have something similar, it will be converted over. Not exactly functionality that was needed since we could do that anyway, but I'm guessing that Amazon wants to simplify things so that it can collect data.

So it's one big mystery, or multiple mysteries, but will any of them be solved?

There are no characters to root for. It's all about the colony, but considering what's transpired, I don't know if there's enough there to care.

First 95 pages were a snoozefest. Finally seeing something happening.

I have a bunch of books on my nightstand (like everyone else). I couldn't figure out which book to read, so I checked my friends' reviews and those of the people I follow to help me figure out which one to read. I think I made the right choice. :)

Where do all of these General Update posts go? I wanted to review them, but I can't find them on my profile page. Like many things here on Goodreads, they seem to have vanished.

Well, this is annoying. GR counted a few books twice on my reading challenge. No wonder I "completed" it so fast. Said duplicate books have been deleted from the challenge.
