It took me a while to start cuz I’ve been struggling with reading but we are baaack.

I don’t like Shirley. She’s a bitch. Nothing more to say for now your honour.

I am liking the rhythm and the characters.

It’s pissing me off the “yes/no” of Amara. Girl, get it together. I guess it’s a trope that meh to me.

I do like the setting and the difference between how the witches and the vampires involved themselves with the humans, it’s different and interesting cuz usually it’s all secrets and to not be discovered.

At least we are gonna see the world…

I like Leslie and Zara, a lot.

I don’t like Zara’s sponsor. No the one who inscribes her in the academy, the one who got her out of the orphanage. I don’t like him. At all. Smells fishy, specially now.

I can see where this is going and I don’t mind but I hope they focus on Zara’s story, past and future more than in a romantic relationship. If it turns out to mainly romantic focus I’ll drop the series.

I am not surprised at all of this development, I am WAITING for the big moment of realisation between these two.

And Layla, bitch, back off.

These two have me kicking my feet again.

Their personalities have developed so much in the 13 years they’ve been apart … the way they are stabilising their relationship and exploring the dynamic is surprising cuz I wasn’t expecting the change to be this big, specially cuz we already read about them in their 40’s in the first book.

I am liking it a lot, I LOVE this other versions of them.

I’ve missed them and I am so glad I can fall in love with their story from a different point in time.

And I hope we can see more of Lucy while these two reconnect.

Finally I could sit to read!

I am loving the world and the dynamic, I am so excited to see how it develops and so intrigued about what is that light on the other side of the lake.

I was expecting porn and not at all.

I am loving the setting, how the fantasy and sobrenatural society is presented and I am loving the characters. Both the protagonist couple and the second characters.

There’s smut but good one, well written and needed to break the tension between those two.

I am surprisingly liking it a lot.

At the end I started it yesterday and Emily never fails.

I-am-obsessed.

I am so glad my first read of this year is the end of this series. I am screaming and kicking my feet all the time. Completely in love I can wait to arrive home and continue.

I don’t mean the book, it’s actually good. The argument is interesting. They could save themselves the romance and the thoughts of a teenager in love but it’s a YA Fantasy, predictable.

No, I don’t like the place, the boss and everything around the people in those headquarters. It smells fishy. Except Ania, we trust her. Gregory… we’ll see.

It's not bad but for now it's not a masterpiece either.

WHY THE WRITING IS SO FUCKING SLOOOOOOOW GOD, it's starting to pissing me off.

The story is good but it's so so SO slow, the writing it's so flat that I'm considering droping it.

It's... I don't know. I'm liking it, but the writing is slow. I don't know how to explain it.

I like the MCs and what I can see about how the world for vampires work, how they live and camouflage with humans.

It's weird the two point of view cause the chapters begin by narrating the end of the previous chapter from Katerine perspective if the last one was from Serena's and vice verse.

Okey, now my heart is broken so I hope they fix it in the next chapters or it's going to annoy me. Like. A lot.
