Slow burn, layered complex characters, sth where it's the hero who wants sth more and not the girl.

No sex clubs, no prostitutes, I like my heroes dark twisted and tormented and my heroines smart and likeable.

Do you have a read that affected u so much, u couldn't stop thinking about it?

Unfortunately, I am swamped with work and courses and that leaves me with very little to practically zero time for reading.
Or watching telly.
Or doing anything really.
I should be done with the course around March 2024 and then, I'll just read, read and then read some more.
