as much as I truly do adore these characters, I am feeling fatigued by this series at this point in my reading journey. The books are character driven, I get that, but too much of the same and not enough plot in this one for me so far. I might have to call it on the series, or skim through the rest, IDK. Why do authors do this!?! - This series (addicted/calloway) could've probably been like 5-6 books total.

I’m listening to the new Audible version. This version is catering to the fans of this book and fans of audiobooks, and I’m here for it, but I was going to recommend this version to my sister in law who hasn’t ever read Pride & Prejudice, and as I’m listening, I’m thinking it might not be a good first introduction.
