Patrick McAllister is growing on me.

Making it closer to the end. I really am enjoying this book. I just have a short attention span these days.

Cat and Ballantyne have no chemistry. I don't know how he's catching feels two seconds after accusing her of attempted murder.

Blake is more interesting than Callum.

Not feeling any chemistry between these two.

I am reminded of the character interactions in L.J. Smith's Dark Visions trilogy. It's some of my favorite character dynamics.

I really hope this isn't a why choose romance. Callum is kinda boring tbh.

I'm surprisingly entertained. The FMC isn't much, but I like the story and the wolf clans.

Why can't all hardcovers be this size? It's easy to hold even though it's almost 500 pages. The print is a nice size. Good job Bloom Books.

Obviously this is English vs Scots, but ok. I'll roll with it for awhile.
