Without a doubt the best book on loss and grieving I have read to date. I wish that I could mail a copy to my immediate family members, who 8 months after Geneβs death chose to disown me rather than be made to feel uncomfortable. That event only compounded my complicated grief over the years. But the relief I am feeling from reading this book, is immeasurable
