I didn’t not expect this title to be a “romance” book but good grief this novel has me bawling for characters that ain’t even alive because their narratives feel true and complicated and beautiful 😭

I’ve been listening to this but am going to go ahead and buy the book because I can already tell I’m going to want to read parts of it again and again

This book is so compassionate and pragmatic. I’m going to need to buy a physical copy and sticky note some chapters to revisit. Also might listen to Audible again because it is short and to the point on many issues. I can also see this as a great couple’s counseling resource

This book is so well researched and covers important topics often overlooked in other marriage books. I think all couples should read this book, yes it is written for a Christian audience, but some of the messages towards women come from a patriarchal society and not just toxic church culture. I totally understand why sex therapy is a need for many people.
