this could’ve definitely been a standalone

Gotta say this is not hittin

I hate stupid third act breakups

Mac is sooo emotionally unavailable it’s driving me crazy

Character are acting like teenagers with a crush but I’m not mad cause it’s kinda cute ?

Oftentimes high fantasy books can become all about political intrigue, war, and the main characters romance but I’d say this one does a pretty good job at balancing things out

I am emotionally attached to those characters atp

This series has become part of my daily routine atp

I’m actually impressed by how plotless this whole thing is

Yeah this is so cute but the main character LITERALLY reads her mind … idk how to feel

So this whole love at first sight is kind of creepy

Oh.. I like this one

I’m guessing there won’t be a 3 act breakup but at what cost

There’s not a single healthy relationship in this book so far

Wow this is bad BAD

unlike every other hockey romance book, but like in a bad way

I’ve been obsessing over the Off Campus series and this seemed close enough

We moved on way too fast from the fact that someone literally tried to kill her, like ??? Guess she’ll just spend the entire break alone in this abandoned house in the middle of nowhere

This ending better be amazing cause the expectations are high

Besides the FMC’s irritating case of “not like the other girls”, I am quite enjoying this

This is the type of book that grows on you. Very slow beginning but there’s an underlying feeling that things are about to kick off

I absolutely love it when book characters feel like real people

God this book deserves so much more attention

Feels like a breath of fresh air after drowning in mediocre literature

I’m only like 2 chapters in and I already feel so seen by the main character and the author’s preface. Serious 5 star potential

It’s so obvious this was fanfic at some point

I kinda wish it was more of a slow burn but that’s a good one overall

I really don’t understand how some authors write one perfect 5 star book and then decide to never do that again

There are lots of ways that you can make a jealousy trope cute and I don’t think this is one of them

Friends to lovers might be one of the most difficult tropes to write. There are very few good friends to lovers romances and this is definitely not one of them
