Terrible. The only book I have ever returned to Amazon. This guy had a PhD? He spent half the book giving definitions to his made up words: blather, gigaguilt? and the rest of the time he just kept on saying why we are so busy. save yourself the price of the book skip to the end and read the 10 things to do maybe its 50 I don't know.
