Anthony is reading Fault Lines: The Social Justice Movement and Evangelicalism's Looming Catastrophe
Good book about getting involved with the dangers of progressivism and antiracist mentality in the Church. I would argue that he wants to see the church more concerned about the gospel and sharing with the Lost rather than these issues. I agree. He makes a point that major denominations are going into this way of thinking (SBC resolution 9) and talks about how bad the bill is and how it was passed but fails to point

Anthony is reading Martin Luther: The Man Who Rediscovered God and Changed the World
This book was a good book on the history of luther in general and the ramifications of his ideas. I would say that I disagree with some of the end results of the reformation but having a society that can tolerate different opinions is important. Jesus kingdom came in through sacrifice and I question events that deviate from that path. We as protestants need to be careful to make sure we don't make protestantism gospe

Great Read about what is normal and right in the world. It is the old things like tradition and religion that are valuable.

Anthony is reading Peter Nimble and His Fantastic Eyes (Peter Nimble, #1)
What happens when you get a blind thief and a cat-hoofed knight? A great whimsickle story about what we all fear - control. An unhappy kingdom forced to act happy because they are drugged even to the point of nonsense - even going to war against their own kids. Great read for junior adults. Really loved it.

Anthony is reading Sweep: The Story of a Girl and Her Monster
This book is amazing. Page turner that describes the conditions of kids in victorian England and their plight amid a growing industrial revolution that succeeded only on the backs of the downtrodden, weak and helpless. A good book for all of us to think about the conditions we call normal, and challenge them.
