I am not feeling that the story is being steered towards a certain place. However, I am in love with the journey it's self and all the Guide's Entries. Sex,Art and population.

And so a new Dark (I hope) and sorrowful journey begins, ON AUDIBLE !!!

regardless of the fact that this is one of the founding books of the Genre (Epic/ High Fantasy) I'd still say that its too heavy and even though I am beyond 50%, it is still setting up. Sometimes I feel that "Oh... it started picking up" a couple of pages later, it goes back to what it was doing... on and on it goes.

Most weird experience you will find in a book, very very promising.

I was invited for a shared discussion of this book by my friends in Aloha book club. its going way greater than expected

Gonna focus on finishing this one in ramadhan.

although I am 2 Hours away from completing this, I know what I will be posting for my review. The flow of stories is fluid smooth in this one. I also felt the depth of characters more here especially Logen, Glokta and 5 party members. I really enjoyed it but I got tired towards the ends since I've been thru 3 or 4 sieges in this one...

The thing about this book is that you don't know where you are headed. In the beginning I was entranced and grieved by the loss stories, but am still sailing this boat in unknown territory.

ENJOYING every bit tho...

The flow of events is better in this one. It is Fluid smooth.
Furthermore, I am feeling a promise lying within each of our fav chars. ( Glokta, 9 Fingers and the band, Farrow, Jezal, ... and the whole lot of em' )

I wanna C where this goes. I just want to say that I feel that the guy is just genius, and the multi-persona thing is a big sham.

kat's style is just gripping and your constantly jumping from one major moment into the next perpetuated by either a funny moment or hot deadly sex!!! OMFG!!!! LOL FAN GIRL STYLEZ XD

Just completed chapter one and I think that this book is an emotional torture where one is constantly thinking, " what would I do if I lost my wife... "

I went into this book and came out with something entirely different. Gonna finish it regardless. << FYI its called the white book.

He even preached on and to surpass suffering and make something meaningful out of your life instead of living as the generally accepted role of the pitiful victim.

Finally, I look forward to how this wonder will unfold, and my only downside is that am so enchanted, I don't think ill be able to disagree with him on a single point, A.K.A BIASED!

I had watched multiple youtube lectures by this awesome and brilliant doctor.
I had initially been charmed and enchanted with his personality and the way he uses his brain for arguments. He does not scream, he thinks and mainly, he tries to listen and understand.

Further more, I noticed how he had similarities with Erikson discussing human Suffering and how to deal with it.

This book is- as all Erikson's books- intense with content, hence the slow-paced reading progress.

Change the cover and the frame, but Erikson is still the same; " push and pull (oppon), imbalance and suffering (malazan),...etc.

FYI, this isn't necessary a bad thing, you all know Erikson is a God to me, and so we ravel in these subjects ever more...

Buddy read with Solaiman The devil king, Mr. Mason Abdulrahman and sara. Gonna finish this in 5 days and today was day 1.
