I don’t understand why so many people are into misery porn. It will just build a bleak perspective over reality. Or maybe they want to validate what’s inside of them 🤷

This book is looong.

Surprisingly good.

I can’t read it. It comes across as preachy and it has a strong religious undertone.

I’ve tried. Maybe I’ll return to it later. But for now I don’t want to read it.

This book is not a light read. It deals with mature and heavy topics. It can also get overly technical. While I was expecting a light self-help book on the topic of emotions, I’ve found a book that takes itself very seriously.
