i am crying at random lines..my sister keeps telling me the story hasn't started yet...it's funny how differently books get to individual persons...i am just grieved by the dreadful sadness of leaving motherland.. i don't know where it's coming from...

when i was about to put it down,i heard that the book has been translated in english and published by the penguin books.the restless nature of the central character reflected the restlessness on almost everyth, the narration, the sequence of events, the harsh description of life,everyth. which is just perfect but made it impossible for me to carry on.i am reading the bengali edition in which it was originally written

not up to my expectations...maybe cause i was planning to read all of coelho's in a row...the subjects of his books are pretty much the same, just the settings are different...
