Loving it!

Why is such an incredible story overshadowed by so many trivial details?

When will I come across the part that really makes sense? Where is the actual story of the book? I feel like I’m still reading an introduction — the kind I usually skim quickly just to get to the part where things actually start making sense. On page 69 and all I read is vague and pointless.

"I distictly remember thinking, did I have left to lose?"

"He feared the day the universe would notice he wasn't supposed to have her and take her away."

"The things you choose, consciously or not, to repress. Always, they’re the things you need protection from."

What a misery! this story depresses me.
