Happy 75th anniversary, Peanuts!

I was skeptical when Schulz abandoned the four-panel format, but y'know what? I'm really enjoying the creativity that came with the flexible panel format.

I'm still adjusting to the loss of the four-panel format. One one hand, three-panel strips (which seem to be the default) feel too short for the kind of storytelling Schulz perfected over nearly 40 years. On the other hand, he seems to enjoy experimenting with new panel formats, and the storyline introducing Peggy Jean is a great example. (The storyline probably works better collected than as individual strips.)

This book has been a bit of a slow burn, but I've been enjoying it!

I will never stop wondering why the strip went from four panels to three.

Whoever decided not to include Michelle Hurd in this book made a mistake.

At times this book reads like the world's longest corporate brochure.

I'm surprised there aren't more stories from the Tatooine segment of the movie. For the 50th anniversary edition, can we get some stories for Ree-Yees, Yakface, Hermi Odle and Amanaman, please?

My rating is going to reflect the bizarre decision to include two incomplete stories in this volume more than the individual quality of the issues. The last two issues in particular are quite good!

I'm reading the 2023 edition, which isn't on Goodreads. I miss the days when users could add publications when they were missing.

The series that started with *Chilling Effect* has always been fun, but *Fault Tolerance* is a true rollercoaster ride.

If this is the end of this series, it's ending on a high note!

I'm absolutely loving this series.

This is one of the most engaging time travel stories I've ever read.

Maybe--just maybe--the abandonment of the Star Wars EU without any kind of definitive ending was a good thing.

I find that many of the books in the Expanse series are slow burns that kick into high gear around the middle of the novel, and yowza, that certainly seems to be the case here.

Chapter 3 just took this novella to a whole new level. I'm really digging it!

I didn't care much for Schulz's original characterization of Peppermint Patty and wondered if her introduction might mark the beginning of the end of the strip's greatest period, but I'm happy to discover that she is really wonderful in this volume. (Schulz knew was he was doing, obviously.)

This book just surprised the hell out of me.

Please give the author of the L3-37 story a deal for a novel so she can expand on this as much as she wants.

I was not expecting a story from the POV of the cave, but I'm delighted one exists.

These were simpler, pre-Grogu times.

Evie and Aveda are the best.

I was worried when I first realized this novel wasn't going to continue from Dr. Elma York's POV, but I shouldn't have--this book is just a good as the first two in the series so far. (As just as I was glad I read *Rise of the Rocket Girls* prior to the first novel for historical background, I'm glad I read *Fighting for Space: Two Pilots and Their Historic Battle for Female Spaceflight* before this one.)

It's not perfect, but in many ways this is one of the most satisfying Star Wars novels I've read in a long time. Chapter 15 is precisely what I want to see in *The Rise of Skywalker*.

I love a good time travel story, and this is a really good one so far.

I'm quite enjoying this novel so far. Glad I'd read *Rise of the Rocket Girls* previously to better understand the historical background--the two books make for good companions.

It's very strange how this book doesn't mention the movie's original directors at all. I understand there's politics involved, but still . . . it seems like we're missing a lot of the story behind some of these design choices.

I want this book to be better than it is.
