Cassie had no right to keep the Bookseller's book. None at all. And to be so smug, thinking she had more rights over it than it's owner? Such audacity. Why doesn't the Bookseller have a name anyway?

They're for sure going to turn this into a movie. It sort of gave me the same vibes as Dark Matter by Blake Crouch.

This book is easier to read if you accept that cassie is somewhat of a self absorbed idiot. THe rest isn't bad after that!

I started this yesterday and I was just thinking about how Cassie is kind of an asshole! She seemed condescending towards the poor man, her "favourite customer". Wondering how she treats others that aren't her favourite. She didn't listen to him while he spoke at all and it seemed like she wanted the conversation to end as soon as possible. I don't think i'm gonna connect with her at all

I’m finding it hard to care about what’s going on? Only cuz it’s really strange to randomly start a book by mentioning a funeral then also randomly visiting some old lady’s house.. But we’ll see
