i‘ll try finishing this as an audiobook, bc i cant be bothered otherwise anymore. halfway through the book the fashion plot watered down completely but at the same time, bc of the fmcs egocentricity and arrogance, the romance isn‘t taking off either. and dont get me started on Amato, the ex whose only function in this book is to piss everyone off while the double standards depict elliot as „the good guy“

finds schade, dass ich die Buchreihe auf Deutsch angefangen habe. Jetzt kann ich ja nicht mitten in der Reihe anfangen, die Bücher auf einer anderen Sprache zu kaufen. Gleichzeitig komme ich auf Deutsch nicht ins Buch rein, weswegen ich das Audiobuch höre (which is a fucking 10/10). Ich hätte es halt aber so gerne gelesen, statt gehört ....ugh

Did not expect the Hindi to become my favorite character, what the fuck is going on.
the audio book is really good, so far I’m enjoying the story. although having so many characters might be confusing at first by now it just adds to the immersive feeling.

i know i havent said anything about this book so far, but I’m having a blast. the gargoyle…please dont kill off the gargoyle. rory being this slouched knight with a sharp tongue is very to my liking lol the humor cracks me up, its so up my alley. very fast paced, characters are rather flat, writing isn’t really descriptive, but hey, i’m have a fun time yknow

this book has so many plots, what is going on, who are we talking about

so far its very on the nose - but I kinda like dantes

she‘s so human. so real. Love, loss, mistakes, grief, curiosity, friendship, relationship, guilt, rekindling, socializing, heartbreak,… these letters come together to create a whole life.
It‘s so moving.

Sybil is such an interesting person. The book makes me want to write letters as well, as, I am sure, many other people want to while reading it.
