This is the kind of emotion/connection/tension i wanted more of throughout the story. There are still some "cringey" moments throughout but overall this has gotten better in the second half.

This currently has the vibe that makes my skin crawl in an age gap romance - him acting like he knows what is best for her, needs to protect her, and ordering her around despite knowing absolutely nothing about her...and then she just finds him hott ;/

The writing, the setting, our characters - already hooked!

I have really enjoyed the role that the godlens have played out in this overall series - the concept of visions but impact interpretations can have on outcomes has been so fun (and stressful)

Slow start and not a huge fan of the FMC, but really intrigued by the direction of the story so far and our MMC

After crying a bit too much at my last read, something unhinged and out of left field feels appropriate to kick off October

A fates had to do it meeting and if they want to they will do it again agreement after a steamy bahamas solo trip - i mean this man has been paying with large bills to get all the singles he can hoping to find that bill she put her number on while she is checking used books hoping to find the one he dropped his number in. How fun (and stressful)

Heavy steam early one (a few cringe lines, imo) but otherwise....wow

I LOVE Curto, but this book is dragging, i am not a fan of the way the timeline is set up, and really not enjoying this...

Either I missed/don't remember some things from early on or I was just dropped into a world where I need to figure out how the magic works/who has what/and why this princess has run away.....

I think the audio of this is top tier and adding to my reading experience bc of the writing style

I forgot. how much I liked BN's writing - from her characters to the family (both biological and found) to the humor - i am having so much fun! I LOVE the friends to strangers element where you don't know what happened to cause the rift but dual timelines slowly fill in the pieces - AH just what I needed to get out of this slump :)

I want to like this more than I currently do. There are some cool concepts and the opportunity for this to be compelling…but the execution just isn’t there for me at the moment

Not the biggest fan of this writing - feeling bored (but still intrigued) while the characters feel flat...hoping this picks up in the next few chapters

This prob should have been a dnf for me…no interest in the characters and despite how much i feel like i should know about them..they are forgettable (other than their professions)

The writing is beautiful, the story is heartbreaking - already a book on my "everyone needs to read" list

Premise/setting/all the important things have me hooked...not the biggest fan of the writing, but I am slowly cozying in...this definitely isn't for anyone with a weak stomach - let me tell ya

This found family makes me giddy - Huda and O's relationship makes me giggle - also, can we please protect Cyrus at all costs....<3
