This book was amazing. It managed to get very specific about a subject I know next to nothing about (mountain climbing) without losing my interest. It also made me never want to climb Mt. Everest. Ever.

Finished The Anatomy Lesson. Not as good as Zuckerman Unbound. Harder to relate to an increasingly unlikable protagonist, but still some interesting parts.

Just finished Zuckerman Unbound (the 2nd book in this collection). It's a slightly fictionalized account of Roth's life after the success of Portnoy's Complaint. Strangely, it's exponentially better than Portnoy's Complaint itself.
