So I have been doing some self reflecting on why I love dark romance so much. I have come to the conclusion that it's because there is more emotion and tension. In many cases the main love interest would burn the world down for their partner (example: Zade Meadows). At the end of the day doesn't everyone want someone who would fight for them in such a way?
