Ok, so I went into this book expecting a pretty dark gut wrenching story. So far it's been ok- yes there're signs of taboo stepbrother feelings (and so far it really appears one way) and the fact that she is a minor does add a bit of a creepy feel but nothing sexual so far....until this last scene where the stepbrother spanks her (she's 16-17) and it gets sexual but feels strange. I liked Shay and now I don't know

I was totally in lust with Natt... he filled my filthiest orc-induced fantasies.... until now. Now I want him dead- I hope there is a war and he dies. He is awful, and I feel so bad for poor Ella. I just can't even get to the next page... my heart is breaking for Ella

I started this book late last night ... that was a huge mistake! I did not sleep till waaayyy past bedtime. I'm kinda stealing time now from lunch to read some more. I absolutely love the way the story is being told from Ella's POV. And I am already drooling over Natt. There was a super steamy scene in there and it was EVERYTHING!

I am loving this book so far! The internal dialogue that Violet carries on is hilarious! So far the entire book has been from her point of view. Rourke is mysterious and enchanting- no wonder why poor Violet gushes over him. The build up of their 'relationship' which is more like weekly interactions, has been delicious so far. I can't wait to see how this unravels

This is NOT a book you should pick up when you only have a "break" because you will NOT be able to put it down! This is the best sweet romance I have read in a loooooong time. Thanks Niki for the rec 🥰

I am definitely captivated by this story. So far I like Kosta, he has this staunch belief that he will not mate a human when we perfectly know he is beyond the moon for Heli. Now Heli, I like her, but there is a bit of stubborn streak in her that makes me wanna slap her at times. I hope I get some free time to just read and finish this book

I have only one story left- so far the ones that stand out the most as the best are Jennifer Bene's Our Little Secret and K. Webster's Love Trips, and a close second are Indecent by A.A. Davies and Escape by Cole Denton.

So far I am LOVING this book. This is second book I've read by this author and I am pretty sure I'm going to be reading many more. I love the funny sexy banter between Gal and Max. Gal is such a riot. I have not enjoyed a female lead like I enjoy her in a while

I got this Anthology because K. Webster and then I saw Jen Bene and was like WOW, where did this streak come from. Currently hunting down more saucy Jen Bene stuff. FYI I an an erratic antho reader- I never follow the order of the stories and read in between books. At times I dont finish anthos, specially if a particular story bores me.

I haven't been so captivated by a story that has a super slow burn in ages! This one is definitely all about the feels- amazing character development. I honestly feel for Alicia and fall more and more for Atticus as the story progresses

I can't stop reading!!!! Shaya has turned out to be an unexpected surprise but Kardos is definitely showing a side I didn't think he had.

Seems to be moving a little bit slower than book 1. We're definitely learning more about the Roma.

So this is reading more like a mystery thriller with a dash of sexy.

It's definitely a slow start but it is interesting to learn about the brother princes and their ways

So far it's extremely frustrating to see more or less a flat line when it comes to movement in the story. The language barrier sucks.

Starts out a bit confusing. I'm almost sure that there are books prior to this that introduce this universe and events leading to the circumstances of this book. However this book is not listed as part of a series.

I don't know how I feel about this . I was really hoping that this was strictly a one to one mating bond and that there was one Pythe for each Pythen and vice versa. Don't like where this is headed.

Ok I had to take a mini break because OMG!!!!! So much ACTION!!!! Between surviving the Vitat, the Dahk, a gigantor Pythen and now a second one????? Bailey is either super lucky or on the worse possible journey to survive.

So far it's been entertaining learning about our new heroine- she's a kick-ass warrior using her survival skills to keep her brother and her alive. Their first encounter with the Dahk is memorable!

There I am wondering when we get to meet the "sexy dangerous brute" aliens and then comes the condom aliens 😂 Colt is definitely some bit of comedy relief.
