I love me a good murder mystery. I'm especially enjoying all the various perspectives. At this point in time it's quite entertaining attempting to sleuth who did it as well as who was murdered since all that's literally been mentioned so far is that there was a body and lots of blood. I can definitely see why some people feel that the writing is reminiscent of Agatha Christie's work.

Feels feels and rage. That's all I'm going to say.

Starting to enjoy this a bit more. I gotta say though, our leading lady kinda annoys me. Me sitting here just wanting more of Fauna, she's great, I love her.

Things are finally picking up... ish. Piper is great at creating a scene but sometimes there's an excess of description that feels somewhat unnecessary -- to the point that sometimes I lose track of the point of a particular scene. I'm enjoying it more than the first 5 chapters though.

Hmm... I'm six chapters in and I won't lie that I'm struggling a bit with the exposition. I'm interested enough still to keep going but I've found myself thinking "Omg I get it, please get on with it" several times.
