I’m liking it better as it goes. Tyler is seriously an idiot but I’ll say he does have a steep learning curve. Out of Spotify hours so will rerun to this next month.

It’s okay. Don’t entirely love the narration but I’ve heard considerably worse. As the story has moved forward the three mains seem to be getting their own voices.

I’m listening on Spotify so will be listening at least until my audiobook hours for the month run out. It’s trending toward me finishing when I get more hours.

It’s better than the last book but one thing in particular irks me. It was something about valuing intelligent servants over others. It seems to devalue those who just aren’t smart. I feel like this could have been better worded. Something along the lines of “I value all servants alike, regardless of their intellects”.

It’s so boring but I’m blaming the narrator for part of this.

As soon as I heard “micro evolution” I groaned. Also “claimed” regarding evolution. I should really know what I’m getting into ahead of time.

So… Pharaoh was going to let Moses and his pals go. God hardens Pharaoh’s heart so he won’t do it. Then what happens? God punishes Pharaoh. Moses and all are the leading but what happens? God hardens Pharaoh’s heart. More punishment. How does anyone think this is a good being. He is petulant and evil.

Super painful to listen to. Why do I can who begat who?
