moving sooooo slowly through this bc lawyer speak is so dense, but super interesting so far. intrigued by the contrast of contract law and constitutional law, and how increased privitization is causing the two to blend 🤓

this book is great. at the same time, im so grateful I never pursued law school bc man the writing can be dense 😭
