So far, I HATE this book😣
The dysfunction makes me cringe. Nobody at the school thinks to intervene with these sad sack kids with no friends? The parents are a hot mess. Why doesn’t Marilyn just say what her dreams are?!? Why choke it down? And then suffocate her poor daughter with her dream. It’s all pathetic.
I will give it 50 pages more…
