great exercises! before even being given them, I feel the first few chapters have given me more space to center joy and ease during my early transition. I feel much more aware of what internalized issues and fears are holding me back and feel more confident I can navigate these choices even with some fear and discomfort

Today I learned about statistics on folks who transition and how happy they are following medical choices. Also reflected on fear of shame, regret and rejection. I felt much more empowered after listening and still know there’s a long road ahead of me. I was affirmed in how I want to handle this transition and feel more sure that I must invest in supporting my body now while I take my time on this journey
