Oh this is a true cozy mystery. Now that I know the characters (thank you exposition heavy first book), Louise is in her stride setting the scene of well known characters during Christmas right before a brutal murder (in a small town soon to have the highest murder per capita🤗). I can’t explain why it’s so calming but I love it so far
