The plot of this book is really poking holes in the plot of the previous one. All the motivation with Hera and Melia in the previous book makes a lot less sense.
But also, how can they just expect Ares to never go to war again? It’s kind of who he is? They’re immortal, and yet they just expect to never be in separate places again?
