This is the most Aussie self-help book ever written, actually. There's a particular flavour of authenticity that I am absolutely loving, lots of swearing and relatable moments.

My only gripe thus far is that during the interview portions, the narrator doesn't change the cadence or tone of her voice at all, making it very difficult to tell who is speaking.
