guys i bought this book on PREORDER when it came out #dedictaedphannie but somehow i have never read it?? which is crazy bcs for the last three years my anxiety has never been worse so my first thoight should have been ‘let’s pick up the book of my favourite homo who wrote this for anxiety and depression’ so i am doing it now
