Every character I write has a bit of my husband's sense of humor in them. I think he's the funniest person ever, so that's not entirely surprising. We also tend to banter a lot, so that often makes its way into my books too.
Other than that, these characters are very different from anyone in my life. This town and the people in it are everything I wish my own small town were growing up.

If every MMC has a but if your hubs, I'm curious to know how much of him went in to creating Miller? He and Scout were my favourite next to Greer and Stevie.
