It will taste really bad but if you put that spoonful of water in a lake, it will just taste nice and refreshing. Be the lake not the glass of water. Expand your emotional range, expand your life experience, the pain, a.k.a. the salt will be undetectable

Tricky part is to balance between discipline of the mind, but without being so hard on yourself that you inhibit spontaneity, and creativity

Duong practice gratitude, even with people that I've done wrong. Acknowledge that your relationship with people are complex. You can be grateful to them in some parts but not other.
