I tend to vibe with Brown's approach to ADHD even though he's very rich-white-guy and kind of dry, so I am enjoying this so far. I will caution audiobook people that the narrator, who I'm sure is a very nice dude, sounds like Kermit the Frog to a distracting degree, so be aware.
