Good grief. Was there no editor on this book?

Chapter 18. Please let this book be over soon. It's down to 2 stars, and it's on its way to being a 1 star.

I like chess, but the chess analogies make this drag.

Chapter 20. I'm so ready to be done with this plodding book.

I'm switching between the audiobook and Kindle. Sometimes the wording is clumsy, and I have to reread a section. She uses a lot of antiquated words, that I look up. This is slowing down my reading. I'm ready to be done with this book.

Chapter 14. This is interesting, but it is a bit of a slog. Too much intrigue being drawn out. I don't see myself reading any more books by this author.
