Chapter on ballet mime very very useful - basically what I bought the book for.

I skipped the chapters on the technicalities of dance for those decoding what’s happening on stage. Fundamentally that’s what I bought the book for.

Finding this genuinely interesting. Ballet really caught my awareness when I was doing barre as a cross training for running during a high mileage phase of my life. So interesting!
