Really enjoying his notes on congruence. The powerful drive to live in consistent alignment with who we think we are, how we want to be perceived and who we want to become. When we don’t, we feel off, out of sorts, often frustrated or angry.

Remains to be seen if he had anything novel to say but so far I’m liking his attitude!
