This book took me a minute to warm up to. What with the word vomit of names that are invented for this world. However once the story picks up a little, it started to get really interesting and I was invested. Especially the description of the sights and sounds of the Hyperion world felt like I was right there. Absolutely beautiful so far. Its insane how someone can be so imaginative. Great respect for Dan Simmons!
