The drama in this book is so over the top. Do we really need to have the villains ripping some poor human's head off to know they are the villains!?

Also, I hate broad gender statements like "female werewolves can't outrun males"... she's more motivated and has been working on her running. Google research isn't helping me on this one, but I still hate it.

I'm getting tired of this book. We'll see if I finish it.

This is getting worse and worse.

It annoys me that she wants to cover it up. Gunnar almost just killed a human and exposed all werewolves. He should be "screwed".

This whole scene is full of nonsense. I have no idea why the author felt it was important to include.

1. The enforcers getting drunk.
2. The mated enforcers so miserable and jealous.
3. The fight and almost killing a human (I'm assuming he's still alive)
4. The heroine going after the computer with a baseball bat. She's reasoned things out so why is she doing something that won't help!? 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm so puzzled by her guards acting so casually and getting drunk while on duty. If she's in danger, shouldn't they be paying attention!?

A 23-year old in charge? Hmmmm.
