Ok look, I'm glad that we are learning more about Charlie, but this doesn't feel like his scene. The pages about Nora, and her deserved cry, should have been at least 3 pages longer. Right now it just feels like Charlie trauma dumping on her because he doesn't know what else to say. Just let her cry dude.

i feel like it took too many pages to get to the real 'plot' of the book, I've been in limbo the past 163 pages atp

I feel like we’ve missed the first little chunk of their relationship? They meet, two years goes by and now they have like some weirdly good chemistry going on? Just based off each other’s reaction when they first met, I feel like there should’ve been some more tension when they began frequently communicating again.
