Pretty cool again so far, I’m more confused than ever because it keeps talking about things that have already happened and then jumping back into the present and then jumping back to the past. And then it randomly decides to mention something that hasn’t even been discussed yet like someones death. Like ok chill🫠

Also side note, I have heard about most of the men in the company so far and the most tragic is Major Major Major’s story. Like the poor guy was named Major Major but for the first half of his life his dad convinced him his name was Kaleb. And then as he went throughout life everyone avoided him. And they do that in the army as well😭

There’s so much going on all at once but it all kind of circles back to the same stuff day in and day out for these folks. Im starting to get the idea that the Catch-22 (the thing keeping these poor men in the army) is being used however the government wants.

I have no idea whats going on. But I did here the narrator (who is def a white man) confidently and happily say the N word with a HHHARD R. The outlook for the book is scary and confused.
